 What’s The Aura Room Return and Refund Policy?
    We accept returns. You can return items purchased from Us within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, and provided that they meet the following conditions:
      

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Product isn't used or damaged or opened.        

  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.         

      
   If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable

  If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.

      Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to return or exchange an item. You can notify us:

The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.

 Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address -

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.
 
 3. Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.

  • To enable us to book you in for appointments

  • To ensure we are safe in carrying out treatments (medical information)

  • Emergency contact details (next of kin) should something happen during or after a treatment, while you are still on the premises.

We keep all your information in a secure third-party database, [Fresha.com] indefinitely. We will dispose your information if instructed to do so by yourself, by deleting your customer account. You are also able to do this directly via their website.

Terms & Conditions for Treatments

  • Upon booking, you will be required to confirm your appointment with a credit/debit card. No payment is taken at this time.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of appointment date will result in 50% payment of the full treatment fee

  • Cancellation of treatment within 24 hours of booking date will require full payment of treatment.  This is due to not having enough time to fill the appointment space​.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Some days I am working back to back and even 5 minutes late can mean other appointments then run late.

  • Arriving early - if you arrive early, please come on up. I have a waiting area and will be with you as soon as possible. If the door to my treatment room (inside) is closed, I'm with a client and will be out shortly. 

  • Parking - parking is available at the rear of the Memorial Hall. Please be mindful that in bad weather the car park can get rather muddy! The car park is also used at school pick up/drop off times so please be aware at these times there may be an increase in children around.

  • Payments can be made via the card used to confirm booking, alternative card payments, gift voucher (The Aura Room only), cash or bank transfer.  Please ensure you have a payment method with you.

  • Forms - Medical information and Covid - 19 forms are requested for your safety and ours. Some treatments have strict contraindications and it's important, for your safety, I am made aware of all medical details that may hinder or change the treatment.
