Welcome to The Aura Room.
By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or visiting our premises, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made via phone, email, social media, online booking system, or in person.
All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any required consultation forms and begin your treatment relaxed and on time.
Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
2. Consultation & Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before treatments.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other contraindications. The Aura Room reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments where necessary for client safety.
Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect treatment outcomes and releases The Aura Room from liability relating to undisclosed conditions.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
The Aura Room reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless paid beforehand via Fresha or agreed otherwise in advance.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift vouchers, packages, or promotional offers may carry separate terms and expiry dates.
5. Treatment Results
Spa and wellness treatments are designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing; however, results may vary between individuals.
The Aura Room does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or therapy provided.
Treatments are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
6. Client Conduct
We aim to provide a safe, relaxing, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
The Aura Room reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate appointments immediately where there is:

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour

Harassment

Intoxication
-
Unsafe conduct
In such cases, payment may still be required.
7. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during visits. The Aura Room accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
8. Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift vouchers:

Are non-refundable
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash

Must be redeemed before their expiry date where applicable
Treatment packages or memberships may also be subject to specific usage terms.
9. Liability
All treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Aura Room shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss

Allergic reactions where products or conditions were not disclosed

Outcomes resulting from inaccurate health information provided by the client
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and processing of your information where necessary for treatment delivery and business administration.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Aura Room reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available upon request or published online where applicable.
